Learn to Run program returns! This 8-week program will put some spring in
your step and get you on the road to running. Join us this May for group sessions and weekly discussions.
YMCA Basic Theory Course
Take the first step to becoming a YMCA fitness leader. Learn basic anatomy,
physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, conditioning and general fitness principles. At the completion of this course, new leaders may choose their area of interest. (Group/Individual training Land/Water).
